Puig's handguard extension, specifically designed for the BMW R1300GS, maintains the characteristic design lines of the iconic German trail, stylizing the shape of the handguard and minimizing shapes in the grip area, while improving protection and the motorcycle's aerodynamics.

Thanks to its well-thought-out design and larger dimensions than the original BMW extension it replaces, its installation reduces the impact of air that would directly hit the rider's arms, creating an airflow that enhances the aerodynamic protection of the rider's entire torso, increasing comfort during riding and reducing fatigue.

In addition to protecting our hands from weather conditions such as rain or cold, it provides extra protection against possible impacts from small objects such as loose stones and insects that may hit our hands during our routes.

It is available in different colors: transparent, light smoke, dark smoke, black, and matte black.

Designed and manufactured at Puig's facilities in Barcelona using the latest technologies and best materials. It is made of 3mm thick high-impact acrylic material, with UV filter and rounded edges for greater rider safety, complying with the most demanding safety regulations.

Its total dimensions are 275mm wide by 130mm high. Puig's handguard extension is compatible with both the original BMW windshield and the Puig windshield.

It is very easy to install in about 20 minutes without the need for mechanical knowledge. Its installation does not affect any critical part of the motorcycle.
