This piece, manufactured under the quality and design standards of Puig Hi-Tech Parts, is made from black ABS material, finished in a matt black tone. This high-strength plastic does not affect the final weight of the trail or its geometry and offers durability tested in extreme conditions.

Its assembly is done through two 3-millimeter iron supports. Structure that has been treated with anti-corrosion products and black textured paint to maintain the visual line.

Its assembly does not take more than 15 minutes and it is not necessary to have previous mechanical knowledge to carry it out. Step-by-step instructions can be followed as it does not require drilling into the fender or front fairing. The front spout or fender comes with three different metal supports, two of them are the central ones. The only difference between them is that one fits the conventional Africa Twin and the other is specific to the Africa Twin Adventure Sports. The front bracket is common for both models.
