The new single-sided fender from Puig was created with the mission of protecting your trail bike from possible splashes and impacts, as well as enhancing the aesthetics of your vehicle, giving it a more modern look. Its special design makes the piece a suitable product for road and off-road driving.
The single-sided fender has been designed and manufactured entirely in Barcelona and is made of machined aluminum and aluminum sheet metal with a resistant and lightweight matt black plastic fender.
The piece will adapt perfectly to your motorcycle with a metal flange (with rubber protections to not mark the swingarm) that grips the swingarm, guaranteeing a strong and secure fixation. Therefore, assembly is a quick and easy task, which does not affect critical parts of the assembly and does not require advanced mechanical knowledge. It consists of an 8 mm thick aluminum support machined and finished in matt black.

The main objective of the single swing arm fender is to provide extra protection against splashes of water, mud and stones. At the same time, it gives the motorcycle an avant-garde touch thanks to its perfect integration to one of the reference motorcycles of the moment, the BMW R1250GS.
The design of the piece is made of simple and minimalist lines, but at the same time it gives the bike a technical and robust appearance. This mudguard is available for motorcycle models of BMW F750GS, BMW F850GS, Honda Africa Twin 2020 and it is planned to adapt it to other models of the same adventure style.
This single swing arm fender has been developed and manufactured in Barcelona, using the best technologies and the most suitable materials for its use. The piece is made up of an 8-millimeter thick aluminum metal support, which ensures long-lasting resistance and lower weight. It is installed in the rear area of the swingarm in different formats depending on the motorcycle model. This assembly has been tested and proven to offer excellent durability and reliability.
The piece itself is made of matt black ABS plastic material and 4 millimeters thick. It joins the previously explained set thanks to a 1.5-millimeter piece of deep-drawn sheet metal, a material with great rigidity that does not affect the final weight of the motorcycle. In addition, it has been treated to resist corrosion and offer a textured black finish in accordance with the current design on the market.
Its assembly will not take you more than 25 minutes and does not require mechanical knowledge or previous experience. You just have to follow the instructions, detailed step by step. It has no possibility of being wrong installed, as it would only fit with the proper position.
