The Puig Touring windscreen for the BMW R1300GS 23’ has been developed to provide significantly improved aerodynamic protection while maintaining the distinctive design of this model. As BMW offers multiple configurations for the R1300GS, it is important to note that windscreen ref. 21795 is fully compatible with all available versions: with radar (ACC), without radar, with electrically adjustable screen and with manual adjustment.
Its design stands out for its generous dimensions and for integrating the side deflectors directly into the windscreen. This solution allows the screen to maintain the functionality of the original windscreen while reducing the visual impact of the original black deflectors, creating a cleaner and more harmonious appearance.
Being 170 mm taller than the original windscreen, the Puig Touring windscreen significantly improves wind protection and reduces turbulence, especially around the rider’s forearms and helmet area. Its design surrounds the radar area and features sharp edges that provide a more aggressive aesthetic, matching the new lines of the BMW R1300GS while also giving the windscreen greater structural rigidity.
The edges located in the deflector area separate the mounting surfaces from the surfaces responsible for redirecting the airflow. This design is inspired by the lines found on the component connecting the front fairing to the fuel tank, creating surfaces that collect air and channel it to areas where it does not disturb the rider.
The windscreen is fully compatible with all original BMW accessories as well as Puig accessories such as mirrors, handguard extensions and front deflectors.
Available in clear, light smoke and dark smoke finishes.

Puig recommends removing the original black deflectors to achieve a cleaner appearance and improved visibility, as the Puig Touring windscreen itself optimizes airflow in that area.The Puig Touring windscreen is 170 mm taller than the original Touring windscreen.
Aerodynamic studies show that with the original windscreen the rider experiences approximately 2.4 kg of air pressure, while with the Puig Touring windscreen this pressure is reduced to 0.4 kg, representing an improvement of 82%.

Manufactured in high impact acrylic of 3 or 4 mm (depending on the model), it increases the safety and protection of the driver, its highest height being the differential point with the rest of the screens.
The screens has a rounded contour in 2mm, complying with the regulations of the German TÜV.
