The new Puig Touring Windshield for the 2024 Voge DSX 525 is designed to provide superior aerodynamic protection without compromising aesthetics or functionality. Thanks to its flat central upper area, it ensures excellent visibility through the screen, while the lower side shapes act as deflectors, channeling the air that would directly impact the rider’s hands, increasing comfort while riding.
Conceived for trail bike users who combine road and off-road use, this screen was developed after a virtual wind tunnel aerodynamic study, aiming to strike the perfect balance between protection, sporty design, and functionality.
Its size, larger than the original screen, allows for more complete protection, especially on long journeys or in adverse conditions. It features a well-defined central channel that effectively reduces turbulence and a sharp lower fit that integrates perfectly with the front design of the Voge, enhancing its robust and adventurous appearance.
Available in three finishes: clear, light smoke, and dark smoke, to match every rider’s preference.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona by Puig, using the most advanced technologies in the industry and backed by over 60 years of experience.
Made of high-quality acrylic, 4 mm thick with rounded edges, ensuring lightness, resistance, and durability against impacts and scratches.
With dimensions of 455 mm wide and 540 mm high, the Puig Touring Windshield is 145 mm taller than the original screen of the Voge DSX 525 2024, offering superior aerodynamic coverage ideal for long rides and demanding wind conditions.

Installation is quick and easy: just remove the original screen and mount the new Puig screen using the same original screws.
No technical knowledge is required, although it's recommended to periodically check the tightness of the screws to ensure secure fastening.

A comprehensive aerodynamic study showed that the Puig Touring Windshield reduces air pressure on the rider by 2.5 kg, representing a 72% improvement compared to the original screen.
This reduction translates into less fatigue, more comfort, and a notable increase in safety and control while riding.

The Puig Touring windscreen for the Kove 800X PRO 2024 is designed for riders seeking greater aerodynamic protection without compromising on a sleek and functional look.
Its top central area is completely flat, ensuring excellent visibility through the screen. The lower side shapes have been specifically designed to deflect air away from the hands, enhancing comfort and improving overall aerodynamics.
It features clean and defined lines, with a central figure that runs from the base to the top of the screen. The lower section also acts as an aerodynamic deflector, fully integrated with the motorcycle’s design.
Available in clear, light smoke, and dark smoke.

The Puig Touring screen is 115 mm taller than the stock screen of the Kove 800X PRO 2024.

Very easy to install in just 15 minutes, with no mechanical knowledge required. Simply follow the included printed instructions or access them online.
It is recommended to periodically check the screw tightness for optimal security.

An in-depth road aerodynamic study was conducted to analyze the performance of different screen heights (original, +100 mm, +115 mm), both with and without a Puig visor.
Results show that with the Puig Touring screen (+115 mm), the rider experiences up to 1.2 kg less pressure compared to the stock screen, representing a 67% improvement.
This pressure reduction leads to:

Touring screens, developed by Puig in Barcelona, are designed with the objective to aerodynamically protect the rider without affecting his/her field vision. In addition, these screens fit perfectly with the adventure style and aesthetics of the trail models thanks to their wide range of colors and different sizes.

These Touring screens are manufactured using the most advanced technologies, using 4mm thick acrylic material, with UV protection and with a 2mm rounded edge. This finish gives it a more elegant touch and offers greater security, fulfilling with the regulations of the German TÜV.

The assembly of this screen follows a process that can be done without having to ask for a mechanic thanks to its simple and intuitive adaptation. The package also includes the aerodynamic studies that have emerged from comparing the Puig screen with the original in a virtual wind tunnel.
