The Puig Z-Racing windscreen for the CF MOTO 450 SR 2024 has been developed for riders who want to enhance both the aesthetics and functionality of the original screen. With a sporty and aggressive design, this screen not only transforms the front of the bike but also improves its aerodynamic performance.
Its bold and defined lines give it a strong visual personality. The lateral ribs reinforce the structure and help channel airflow, enhancing stability and reducing turbulence while riding.
Available in clear, light smoke, dark smoke, black, matte black, and carbon look.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona at Puig’s facilities next to the Montmeló Circuit, using advanced molding processes and over 60 years of experience in developing technical motorcycle components.
Made of 3 mm thick CI30 high-impact acrylic with rounded edges for a clean and safe finish.
Dimensions: 265 mm wide by 385 mm high.
The Puig Z-Racing screen is 40 mm taller than the stock screen of the CF MOTO 450 SR 2024.

Installation is quick and easy. It can be completed without mechanical knowledge in just 15 minutes by following the detailed instructions included on paper and also available online.
It is recommended to periodically check screw tightness to maintain optimal fixation.

An aerodynamic study has been conducted to assess improvements in rider protection. With the Puig Z-Racing screen, air pressure on the rider is reduced by 21% compared to the original screen.
This reduction significantly improves riding comfort, reduces fatigue, and provides greater safety on long rides or at high speeds.

The Puig Z-Racing windscreen for the Aprilia RS 660 has been designed to enhance the sporty and aggressive character of the motorcycle’s front end, offering an aesthetic clearly inspired by racing. Its design faithfully follows the lines of the original fairing, but with a more radical, performance-oriented approach.

Maintaining the sporty and combative DNA of the RS 660, the Z-Racing windscreen slightly increases its dimensions and height compared to the original, providing greater aerodynamic protection for the rider without compromising the visual integration with the bike as a whole.

One of its most distinctive features is the “Z”-shaped air channels, designed to divert and guide airflow towards the sides, away from the rider. This system significantly improves riding comfort by reducing air pressure without notably affecting the overall aerodynamic coefficient.

The windscreen is mounted using the same fixing system as the original screen, ensuring easy installation and perfect integration into the front end of the Aprilia RS 660.

Available finishes: clear, light smoke, dark smoke and glossy black.

Manufactured from 3 mm thick high-impact acrylic material with rounded edges, lightweight, impact- and UV-resistant, and offering excellent optical quality for clear and precise vision through the screen.

Overall dimensions are 262 mm wide, 328 mm long and 130 mm high.

The Puig Z-Racing windscreen is 30 mm taller than the original screen, resulting in improved aerodynamic protection for the rider.

Reduced air pressure during riding leads to increased comfort, less fatigue and, consequently, improved safety and control of the motorcycle, especially during sporty riding and at high speeds.

The Z-RACING line is based on balancing an agressive stance in accordance to your motorcycle, while keeping comfort and functionality for the rider.

The Z-Racing screens are designed to be more aerodynamically efficient than their stock ones, they are fully tested in the virtual wind tunnel to garantee improvements in the aerodinamic coeficient (Cx) and the aerodynamic protection to the rider. Thanks to its doble height, they deflect the wind that would otherwise hit the helmet and top area of the torso. In the meantime, the side channels pick up air flow and send it sideways with the objective of reducing air pressure from the rider’s shoulders.

The aerodinamic protection improvement is of 12,7% (on average with the upper body up) versus the original model and of 61% in the “racing” position.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with the most advanced technologies, with high impact acrylic of 3mm. We come up with a very strong piece, light, durable and with a rounded edge of 2mm (accomplishing the safety control from the German TÜV). The artificial vision system utilized during the quality control process guarantee that the screens will get to the client in perfect shape.

Instalation of the screen doesn’t require aditional parts like trims and every screen comes with an in depth aerodynamic study that indicates the improvement in performance, as well as the protection to the rider.
